The Problem I Solved

ClearScape Analytics Experience is a free hands-on demo environment that allows new users to explore the capability of Teradata Vantage. However, when I started on this project, the experience needed user-experience improvements to better support user sign-ups and guidance for navigating the demo environment.

How I Solved It

Over the course of a year, I helped shape the sign-up experience, making it easier for users to create and run their first free environment. I also provided guidance within the platform, helping users understand how to make the most of their demo environment and explore the full capabilities of Teradata based on their use cases.

Why It Matters

ClearScape Analytics Experience has become a pivotal tool for sales enablement and for students to learn how to use the features of Teradata Vantage. By improving the experience, it is now effectively used not only by prospective customers but also as an educational resource for students preparing to use various technologies in real-world scenarios.
